According to rumors, Chelsea, Arsenal, and Newcastle United are all interested in Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic this summer.
Despite the fact that the transfer market has only recently begun, Thomas Tuchel and the Blues are yet to undertake any first-team transfer activity in terms of incomings.
Following the £4.25 billion buyout by a group led by Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital, talks between the hierarchy and Tuchel have taken place to discuss transfer targets and players they want to dispose in preparation for the 2022/23 season.

Romelu Lukaku’s exit is taking a long time to be finalized. Inter Milan is on the verge of reuniting with the 29-year-old. The talks are still underway, and it is thought that a sum will be agreed upon in the coming weeks for Lukaku to return to the San Siro just one year after leaving for Stamford Bridge.
Many names have also been associated with Chelsea, and the midfield department is said to be dependent on whether or not there are any outgoings.
Both N’Golo Kante and Jorginho’s contracts expire next summer, and their fates are expected to be addressed in the next weeks to avoid another situation in which they run down their contracts.

Milinkovic-Savic, who is presently managed by former Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri, has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge.
Milinkovic-agent, Savic’s Mateja Kezman, is looking for a new club for his client, according to Il Corriere dello Sport, and has received attention from the Premier League.
Arsenal and Newcastle United have also expressed interest in the 27-year-old, who is valued at €60 million by Lazio, according to reports in Italy.
Sarri wants him to stay in Rome, and it’s been speculated that they would be interested in bringing two Chelsea players over.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Emerson Palmieri, both of whom have previously worked with Sarri, are of interest.
Tuchel is said to be interested in Emerson next season, although he stated earlier this month that he has no idea what the future holds for him.
“I haven’t spoken with (Thomas Tuchel) yet,” the Italy international acknowledged after meeting with Tuchel to discuss his role at the club for the 2022/23 season.
“I’m under contract with Chelsea,” he says. I spent three seasons there and have a lot of pals there.
