Newcastle United are interested in Chelsea players, and Amanda Staveley has been spotted at Stamford Bridge with Mehrdad Ghodoussi. This summer, the Magpies added Nick Pope and Sven Botman to their first-team squad, while Matt Targett made his loan move permanent. However, fans may have expected more, and Newcastle should be very busy in the final weeks of the summer transfer window. This summer, Newcastle has been linked with a number of players, many of whom play for the same club, Chelsea. Newcastle United are interested in Chelsea players. Throughout the summer transfer window, Newcastle has been linked with several Chelsea players. Callum Hudson-Odoi, Armando Broja, and Conor Gallagher are the key players in this regard, with all three potentially going on loan. Newcastle is vying for all three players, with Hudson-Odoi the most likely to leave on loan and Gallagher the least likely. Chelsea is taking an active interest in Newcastle’s’very explosive’ ace. Chelsea is considering a swap deal for a’really special’ Newcastle target after their initial offer was rejected. Any of those players would provide a significant boost to Newcastle, and hopes of signing one of them have grown. On Sunday afternoon, Chelsea hosted Tottenham Hotspur, and Newcastle minority owner Staveley was in attendance. Staveley was spotted at Stamford Bridge with husband Mehrdad Ghodoussi, who was chatting with Chelsea part-owner Behdad Eghbali. According to The Athletic, Staveley and Ghodoussi were invited by Chelsea owner Todd Boehly, who has known Staveley for some time. Newcastle have held international talks about deals for Broja, Gallagher, and Hudson-Odoi, according to the report, and Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic is another target. Staveley, Ghodoussi, and Eghbali may have discussed the deal on Sunday, with the lines of communication clearly open. It’s great for Newcastle in any case, with a top-six Premier League club inviting key Magpies figures. There had been concerns that the ‘big six’ would effectively work against Newcastle, but Chelsea appear to have no such plans. This can help Newcastle in a variety of ways, but fans will be hoping for an exciting signing this month.
