Paris-Germain face major blow in bid to sign Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar

Milan Skriniar, a defender for Inter Milan, has apparently suffered a big setback in Paris Saint-(PSG) Germain’s pursuit of him.
The two European behemoths’ negotiations have reportedly come to a standstill, according to Gazzetta dello Sport. The reason for this is because the Serie A club increased their demand for Skriniar from €60 million to €70 million.

According to the article, the Parisians were certain they would be able to sign the 27-year-old center back soon. However, in light of the most recent development, that belief has now significantly weakened.
Five years ago today, Inter announced the signing of Milan Skriniar. The rest, as they say, is history.
The hazardous move by Inter is to keep the Slovakian international. Since his contract expires in the summer of 2019, he will be free to leave the San Siro.
Skriniar, who has played 215 times for the Nerazzurri, has developed into one of the top central defenders in European football in recent years. He was an important member of the team that won Inter’s first Scudetto in more than ten years last year.

This summer, PSG is allegedly searching for a new center-half. Presnel Kimpembe, the Parc des Princes’ current first-choice defender, has been linked to a move abroad this summer.
Chelsea and PSG will begin direct negotiations to acquire Presnel Kimpembe. In order to get Milan Skriniar from Inter Milan, Tuchel has given his approval for the signing, albeit PSG are willing to sell him if a decent offer comes in. Chelsea is still vying for the transfer of Konde

Expert transfer claims Transfer target for PSG At Inter Milan, Milan Skriniar won’t extend his contract.
Gianluca Di Marzio, a transfer specialist for Sky Sport Italia, asserted that the elite defender won’t continue at the San Siro past the conclusion of the 2019–20 campaign.

The writer added that the majority of teams are aware of the fact that Inter has to offload a number of well-known players this summer in order to help their struggling financial situation.
Di Marzio asserted in an interview with that “every club understands that Inter must sell a player and that it will be a defender. They are aware of this and make an offer of €50 million plus a player moving in the opposite direction; however, Inter is not interested in a player-plus-cash deal and instead is seeking a transaction worth €70 to €80 million. It is now necessary to find a deal structure that works for both the buying and selling clubs. I think it’ll happen.
“I don’t know when, but Inter have to sell Skriniar because they don’t want to sell Bastoni and because Skriniar has only one season remaining on his contract and won’t extend it,” continued Di Marzio.

“They might lose him in February if they don’t sell him immediately. Finding the proper pricing is the key. PSG is interested in the player and thinks a deal can be reached. Only five foreign defenders from Inter’s history have scored 10 or more goals in Serie A, including Milan Skriniar (who has 10). The others are Brehme (11), Samuel (14), Córdoba (15), and Maicon (16). URL for imprint: 0yKsVbwUgI
